Each employee is required to attend at least one week of hands-on
training every year to
stay current with the latest trends and influences in the hair
industry. When we attend advanced training we are with the
best in the industry. Some of these include The Wella Studio
with Nick Arrojo, Vidal Sassoon and Bumble and Bumble Academy
in NYC.
TEAMWORK! We truly work
as a team. A lot of places “talk” team, but we
are built to support what we say. We ensure this team process
by basing our compensation on overall salon performance NOT
individual goals. We strive to do what is best for YOU. Your
schedule is of the utmost important to us.
SKILL CERTIFICATION
also separates us from the rest. Skill Certification is a process
by which we ensure that your experience is the highest standard.
We do this through a teaching and testing process for all new
and current stylists. We make sure that regardless of who you
visit for your service it will meet your highest expectation.
